White Night

White Night

For one magical evening, Saturday March 12, Auckland's museums and galleries stayed open until late, featuring special exhibitions, activities and performances.  White Night was a must-attend event for contemporary art-lovers and an exciting night out for the whole family.

With over 50 participating venues including the Auckland Art Gallery, the Auckland Central City Library, MOTAT (Museum of Transport and Technology), the Auckland Museum and the Voyager New Zealand Maritime Museum.

Alongside public and private galleries this was the biggest night out in Auckland's cultural calender - a perfect follow on from the day's Pasifika Festival at Western Springs. Free buses connected key locations across the city.

We look forward to sharing the 2013 Festival programme with you.  Look out for the release of this!
