In Timeless, Tarquino Merula's and Philip
Glass' compositions are cleverly juxtaposed. The Compagney's
recording of this work won the prestigious 2010 Echo Klassik
Ensemble of the Year award (the German equivalent of the
Grammys).

Lautten Compagney Berlin, celebrating their 25th anniversary in
2009, was founded by lutenists Wolfgang Katschner and Hans-Werner
Apel.
