An intimate and moving concert by virtuoso Xiang Zou, one of the leading pianists of his generation in China.

Xiang Zou was the youngest pianist ever to become First Laureate of Calgary's Honens International Piano Competition (2003). He studied at the Shanghai Conservatory of Music, and later at The Juilliard School and has performed in recitals and with orchestras throughout North America, Europe, and his native China. In 2007 he also became one of the youngest faculty members at Central Conservatory of Music in Beijing at age 27.

Zou is an artist of the highest sensitivity, imagination and focus, combining consummate musicality with fiery enthusiasm.
